Hold the drops under your tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. This is most effective, because it promotes the absorption of CBD into your bloodstream Ultimate Simplicity These drops just contain two, organic ingredients: hemp and MCT oil. That's it. No fillers, no additives. Each 1 ml dropper contains 20 mg of CBD per serving (1 ml). We also make unflavored drops at a lower concentration of 10 mg of CBD per serving, if you prefer smaller serving sizes.
