Unfortunately one tangle came with a defect, but I emailed them about it and they emailed me back less than an hour later to resolve the issue! They resent me a new one of the defective tangle, AND included another tangle as a gift. All free of charge. So not only are the tangles amazing, but they have incredible customer service.
