“You can't get a better selection of premium mixes at a better price! My favorite is the Coconut Raspberry Lime-Leaf, followed by the Chocolate Gold Leaf. Not to say that the carrot and banana weren't good too (they were) but the other two were over the top.
I don't know why the banana cake has received some unfavorable reviews -- it is whole grain and not too sweet, and from my perspective that makes it extra delicious.
The Carrot cake's spice mix is perfect!! I did cut back a bit on the oil I added and was super pleased with the result.
All cakes were completely eaten up. No complaints here. Would buy the bundle again.

“I have always loved these kits. The carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is my personal favorite, and it always gets eaten. However, the vegan cake kits are where this bundle truly shines. My vegan friends have NEVER gotten tired of either the banana cinnamon cake (especially for breakfast or morning coffee break) or the coconut raspberry lime leaf. They are both utterly scrumptious, and never fail to bring a delighted smile to all of my friends' faces. The gluten-free chocolate cake is utterly delectable, for EVERYONE. I got the bundle on sale and so glad I decided to try it. These are the most expensive cake mixes I’ve ever purchased but are really worth the money. They taste so much better than anything you buy on the store shelf and you’d spend as much on a store bought cake that isn’t as good or flavorful.
They are unique and you’ll impress anyone you bake these for even just yourself.
The raspberry, coconut, lime leaf was our favorite! I look forward to baking it again with pineapple next time.
Second favorite was the flourless chocolate. Best one I’ve had including bakery bought. Super easy, chocolatey and just the right amount of sweetness. Banana Cinnamon was third and I thought made for a delicious breakfast slice.
Spiced Carrot was last but not least. I would make this a little more like my traditional carrot next time by adding more mix-ins like nuts and pineapple and using my favorite cream cheese frosting. Great flavor cake!”

“I’ve made two the cakes…the carrot and the coconut raspberry. Both were superb! Moist, dense, not too sweet, and delicious. They took a little longer than a regular cake mix, but the quality was much better! I bought one as a gift for a friend and have bought more for myself as well.”
“I have absolutely loved every cake I've made from these so far. I've not made the flourless chocolate cake yet, but I've made the other three! The coconut raspberry lime leaf cake was a HUGE hit! Our friends loved it as the dessert on Saturday night, and with their morning coffee the next day. My husband exclaimed that he could smell the raspberry as he cut into it, and he truly loved that cake.
The banana cinnamon cake was perfect for a treat at my school when I was meeting with two of the staff who were vegan (as well as a few others). They were delighted to eat the cake, and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. We ate every crumb!
The carrot cake was an utter delight! The spices were perfect, and we had it after treating my brother to a nice lunch when he came out to visit. He loves carrot cake jam, but this carrot cake was RIGHT up his alley. He took several slices with him on the plane to enjoy both on the flight and when he got home.
In short, I thoroughly expect that the chocolate cake will also blow me away, but honestly we all so completely enjoyed every aspect of the first three cakes that I couldn't wait to write a review. Looking forward to buying another set of these when I get my next paycheck!”
