“YUM YUM YUM - The caker baked this cake for my birthday, it was a hit, my daughter asked for it for her birthday 6 months later, the Caker was not, at the time, baking this cake so we purchased the kit. It was a hit - instructions were easy to follow, mentioning what you need ie butter etc, and as always "the cake's" style of packaging is fabulous”
“Easy to make, lovely cake. I chose to make the buttercream frosting instead of the glaze … I had never made a buttercream before, and while mixing - it looked weird (like wet cornmeal?!)! But alas, it came together into a rich creamy, beautiful and delicious frosting. And the combination, cake and frosting and cocoa nibs is perfect. Strong coffee flavor, not too sweet. Yum! Served it at a small Saturday dinner party, and I am so glad there were some leftovers for Sunday!”
