I recently made used her matcha cake recipe and it was delicious! I swapped out the cherries for raspberries and made the icing in to a buttercream instead. If I were to make it again I would just use the icing as instructed because it turned into a very rich cake!
This cake is much nicer at room temperature so don’t forget to take it out of the fridge and let it settle for a bit (I was too keen on cake to remember this step!)
