“Absolutely great. It's not too big or heavy and quite stylish for what it is. Ideally I'd have more than two inserts. (I used the wrong pen initially so had to use the spare.) As my medical condition is currently in flux that means I'll have to buy more soon which isn't ideal. Very pleased I've bought it. It is reassuring to know that I've got my medical information with me at all times.”

“I looked hard for an indellible pen with the smallest tip I could find, but still the writing was too big for the tiny paper inside the pendant. I don't know why the paper isn't bigger as the pendant size would allow this. The back of the pendant is also quite tricky to screw on. I would recommend an SOS Talisman pendant rather than this (and indeed I bought one after recieving this as I found this inadequate).”
