These bright and colourful silicone straps with an engraveable metal tag are a great and comfortable way to wear your medical ID.This bracelet features a great ID tag onto which we can engrave your details. The front and back of the tag are highly polished with the internationally recognised medical symbol included on the front of the tag.The silicone strap can stretch slightly and is adjustable between 5.7-7.5 inches (14.5cm-19cm). There are 8 buckle holes in the strap so there is plenty of scope for adjustment.We can engrave up to 3 lines of text (23 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 3 lines of text (16 characters) on the front of the ID tag.We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you. “I spent a long time adding all the right information to the front and back of the steel part. When the band arrived, it had three lines on the front, but nothing on the back. I don’t know if this is because there was not enough room, but it didn’t say that!”

Hi Rachel, Thank you for your review. We have looked into this for you and can see that the only information you entered when you placed the order online was for the front of the tag, there was no information entered to be engraved onto the back so the item you received was correct. This is also shown on your order confirmation email.

“Arrived quite promptly. Clear engraving and looks smart. The buckle is helpful in terms of adjusting size. The width is slimline as per the listing. Would definitely buy again but I wish I had ordered one that is a little longer as the strap slips out of the two fasteners and might stay in better if the strap was a bit longer. Would be helpful if there was a little raised piece on the fasteners that slips into a hole on the strap, (e.g. like a Fitbit), or if they were tighter as this would stop the strap from slipping out. When you have it off - when not using it - ensure that you close the strap or the engraved part can slip off easily and could get lost.”
