This medical ID tag is made of stainless steel and it will fit on any standard (not broadband) silicone bracelet - including standard cause bracelets e.g. Help for Heroes bands. We can engrave up to 4 lines of information with 18 characters per line (including spaces). We use state of the art laser engraving technology to permanently mark your engraving onto this ID plate. The plate also includes the universally recognised medical symbol. You can view the full bracelet HERE or purchase just the blank silicone band that the tags fit onto HERE.
The metal tag is not affected by water and can be worn when swimming, bathing, showering etc.The metal ID plate is also removeable so that you can attach it to different colours bracelets. We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local jeweller / engraver complete the details for you. THESE TAGS WILL ALSO FIT ANY OF OUR DEBOSSED INK FILLED SILICONE BRACELETS.

I love these nattie little bands. So practical for work wear & I can mix up the colours. The plate itself has plenty of room for the most important details. A great product.

Good but as I have a long last name there wasn't enough space to fit the whole name onto Medical Tag
