“It didn't stop me from getting hot so I decided to request to send it back for a refund only to find out I'd have to pay for it to be returned. The cost of returning it was over £30.00, not worth the hassle of repacking it and taking it to a courier depot. Why do you advertise products that don't work as you describe. It's a scam.”
