We bought 5 size 1's and 20 size 2's and used these from birth (in the very early days we also used muslins as the size 2's were too big). We've been able to mostly air-dry with this number (indoors they take nearly 2 days), washing 8-12 nappies at a time (daily at first, now every 3 days). My daughter is now 14 months and we're still going strong. The big plus of these for me is containment. So many times other mums have talked about (or I have witnessed!) major explosions and leaks and having to take a second set of clothes everywhere - problems I don't even recognise. We had a minor leaks in the early weeks, but these were always due to human error, not the nappy - since then nothing, even when my daughter was ill. (We used Rikki wraps which should also be credited, these catch excapes if the nappy doesn't!)With these nappies, the basic boosters have been all that's needed to get my daughter through the night without any leaks. So I'm very happy with my purchase, but have nothing to compare it to (except experiences of other mums I know). One minor thing is the poppers are looser than they used to be - the inner usually comes loose in the washing machine, which is annoying as I usually dry them popped together. But this doesn't affect their use. And they still come out soft and fluffy (if tumbled) - we live in a hard water area. Thank you Wendy for a great recommendation.

This is my favourite nappy of all my stash, I put extra boostering in for my 22 month heavy wetter and still not ridiculously bulky. Great containment for my 6 month old breastfed baby. Love the bright colours too. Don't mind the long drying time as its worth it!

I bought 10 of these size 1 nappies as part of my pre-baby preparation. They are my go to nighttime nappy - along with Little Lamb Bamboos - as they never leak. Plus points - Lovely and soft especially when you pop them in a tumble dryer, I've not had leaks, good fit at the waist and I find them a bit quicker to dry that other bamboo nappies.Negatives - most people say they're very slim for a two-parter nappy system (where you use a wrap on top) but I've found some other brands work much better for a slimer fit. Certainly, as part of my stash they would be one of the bulkier nappies.

I bought these to replace the disposables we were using at night as they started leaking by morning. Lovely and soft, great fit, with 2 LL bamboo boosters and a motherease airflow wrap in the next size up they last 12 hours no problems.

We used the stretch from around 6 months on our dd2. It was a massive improvement on the original bamboozle as it has a higher rise which is adjustable with poppers, the stretchies are also much softer than solely bamboo nappies and don't tend to go quite as cardboard like in our hard water. Absorbency is very good and this will last us a full 12 hour night with just a thin booster and fleece liner. My only criticism is that it is quite wide between the legs even now my dd is 15 months I still find it wide and they sometimes run her thighs because of this particularly if they are due a tumble dry to soften them. Drying time is quite slow as is to be expected with bamboo but the trade off is the added absorbency and the fact that they are not only bamboo means they aren't as slow to dry as other bamboo nappies. Overall I consider these ideal night nappies but i wouldn't want to use all day as the drying time would mean you would need a big supply. I give them 3.5/ 5 losing 1.5 points for width between legs and drying time.

These are a brilliant nappy with a trim fit and fantastic absorbency and containment. They fit easily under every wrap I have ever used. I also like the fact that bamboo is a natural and renewable material--it reinforces one of my aims in using cloth nappies which is to lower my negative impact (and my children's!) on the environment. I've used these nappies on both of my girls, of two quite different shapes and sizes. My first daughter was on the lower end of the centile charts around the 9th centile and had skinny legs and a slim waist while my second has chunky thighs with a slim waist but longer torso. I have been able to get a good, secure fit with no gaping on my first daughter while also achieving a snug fit on my second without squeezing her thighs too much. The only downside, for me, is that these nappies don't have an option for popper fastening instead of aplix, which was problematic in the beginning for my second baby, who was uncomfortable in her early months with too much pressure on her abdomen due to her reflux. Poppers aren't for everyone, but they do have their place. However, this is a design preference rather than a nappy flaw. All in all, a 4.5/5 for me.

these nappies are fab, i use them for night times only now but i did use to use them in the day as well just decided to get another nappiy besides that dryed quicker because these can take a while, ive never had any leaks with this nappy not even a pooey one and they wash really good as well the stains come out with one wash, i would say that my husband tends to struggle with this nappy because its a two part nappy but im guessing its not the nappy its just because hes a man lol, i have an all in one nappy and he finds them alot easier to use, ive washed this nappy a 100 times now and the material is just the same as the first time i used it, if you have a heavy wetter at bedtime then this is the nappy you need, i even used this on my 3 yr old son who can wee for england at night time and it even kept his wee contained and no leaks there well worth there money.

Acting on recommendation from Wendy, we purchased 5 bamboozle stretches to use as night nappies. They are by far the slimmest fitting night nappy I've tried and with a bit of extra boosting lasted my little girl all night. We occasionally use them in the day too. Even after a year of use they still look almost new. I would have given 5 stars but found that as my little girl got closer to the 2 year mark these nappies are quite a tight fit (she's tall for her age but slim) so we had to move on to another brand/bigger size. Looking forward to using them on my second baby.
