Ultra liners have been a best seller at The Nappy Lady for many years. They are a lovely thick liner ideal for dealing with liquid newborn poo. Very simple to use and make pooey nappy changes simple and quick to deal with.
“These are great liners - large, strong and can be washed and reused several times (pee only). They can also be composted (again, pee only). They hold poo well - they don't break up or let it leak through.”
“I've found these liners disintegrate and leave little bits stuck to my child's bottom. He's also been quite rashy since we started using them and I find them far too big for the nappies compared to others we've used. Overall, quite disappointing (although no reflection on the usual excellent service from The Nappy Lady)”
“Had been wanting to switch to these liners for ages after seeing a friend with them but had stocks of something else. Thought they seemed great - thick and useful, quite like kitchen roll. After just a few weeks of using our 1year old has the worst nappy rash I’ve seen in 4.5years parenting, we’ve stopped using the liners but it’s taking a long time to heal. Huge sores all over her, looks very painful. Think these liners don’t take water away & leave them sitting on a rough surface. Really sorry to be so disappointed by them but now have 5 more rolls! No reflection of the Nappy Lady tho - delivery and service where excellent as usual.”
“Good nappy coverage and easy to use. As we use a two part system, the long length is fine for us as we can tuck in the excess within the wrap, especially now our toddler is 19 months. Previously, we just folded them down a bit at the back. In fact, we'd like them to be a bit wider as our son frequently manages to squish his solids poos right out to the very edge of the nappy.Definitely for the bin rather than the toilet. Our water company had to clear out the pipes in both our and the neighbour's back garden after a week of flushing the liners - inconvenient and embarrassing!”
“The liners themselves are fine, and help keep the nappies themselves a little cleaner. However, they came packaged in plastic. Since reducing non-compostable waste is a big reason for using non-disposable nappies, this is a shame.”
