Our washable wipes are fantastic. The washable wipes, or reusable wipes, have terry cotton on one side and a smooth fleece layer on the other. This fabric combination make for a very versatile wipe, offering a suitable surface whatever clean up is needed.

A great, ecological, economical, natural alternative to wipes. Deal with even the most messy nappies.

these are a great alternative to disposable wipes, as they handle easily, are soft on baby and wash/dry quickly with the nappies. I love the size and that I've got 40 of them--I end up using them for quick cleanups (neck gunk, spit up, etc) but don't have to worry about having enough for nappy changes. We took the Nappy Lady's advice and keep them wet with a sprinkle of lavender which makes changing time a little more pleasant for everyone!

I love these reusable wipes. They are good for the environment, create no rubbish, gentle for to the skin and have so many uses. I have found myself using them daily for the past 4 years. From wiping a baby's bottom, using as a washcloth, covering a baby boy's parts when removing a nappy to avoid accidents to using as a face wipe when weaning and as a reusable napkin for a toddler. I recommend them!

I keep a Tupperware box of these damp in kitchen for use around mealtimes and separate box in bathroom for changes. I was constantly wiping my baby down with disposable wipes and therefore went through them at a rate of knots. These are great for my pocket and environment.

I got through half a pack of disposable wipes the first night I had my baby. Half a pack! Once I got home I got these washables in action & they're just brilliant. Soooo much better than flimsy disposables. You can get a pooey bottom shiny with just one wipe usually. Two tops. East to wash. No point drying them. My baby hates the cold of wipes so I take a bowl of hot water in to the nursery with me to change him so he gets a lovely warm-towel-like experience. The chamomile tea & honey recipe is gorgeous too but I can't do that & get his wipes warm so sadly had to give that up. Keep contemplating making up s thermos though... when I get a minute..! Bottom line. I washed Bauer about buying these, thinking doing washable nappies is enough and wipes as well are a step too far. You won't need to use so many wipes for them to affect your washing load. Lob them in with the nappies. You won't regret it

I bought these after using cloth nappies for a couple of weeks as I was easing myself into using reusables. I was impressed by the good reviews they had been given on the site and was not disappointed. The terry side is great for wiping off poo and gets lots in one wipe, then the fleece side is lovely and soft for doing a final clean-up. I keep about 10 at a time in a plastic container and moisten them with camomile tea as suggested and they are great. They're handy as little wipes for when a little bit of milk comes back up too.

I'd put off using these at the beginning, but once we made the switch from disposables to cloth it made sense to try these as well. We use less of these for each nappy change than we did disposable wet wipes and I love the various 'recipes'. And of course they double up for cleaning up almost anything else you can think of.

We bought a 10 pack when first trying cloth nappies. We don't use the wipes full-time (only for wee not poo) but when we do use them it's nice to just put everything in the nappy bin instead of going to multiple bins.
