“Bed arrived as planned, Only issue was the delivery man would not even enter the house, so slid the very heavy boxes in to the house from outside the front door. He said he was not allowed to enter. As I live on my own it meant I could not move them until my son was able to come and help. The bed once put together is well made, and I am very happy with it.”

Hi Lorna, thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the courier would not enter your property, we do use a standard door step courier service and I believe this is because they are not insured to enter customers properties, however 9/10 the drivers have no issues in helping customers so I will raise this with the courier who we use. All in all, we are glad you are pleased with your bed and find it to be well made :)

“An excellent company, from Catherine on phone through to the final product, everything was straightforward and above expectation. I wanted an alteration to the headboard that I assumed would be too complicated but it was easily accommodated. I was advised as soon as the bed was ready for dispatch and delivery was as scheduled. The bed was very well engineered with tight fitting joints and it assembled without any issues. I had someone help me to assemble the bed and I’d recommend that as it’s a lot easier than tightening the joints on your own. I ordered the light stain which was a little too light for my room, I should have asked for a sample but that was my fault, hopefully it will darken over time. Most importantly the bed looks and feels solid, I’m very pleased with my purchase.”
