“I was on my period. It was a dreary day in northern Maine. Spring hadn’t really sprung yet. I was feeling bloated. Uninspired. Not-so-cute. Generally dismal. I wanted a pick-me-up. Something that would make me feel sexy, vivacious, energized; I wanted some new lingerie. I’ve had my eye on the Medusa sets for some weeks now. I’d been putting a little aside every paycheck for just an occasion as this: a self-doting splurge. I agonized for three hours over whether I should get the bodysuit or the bralette/panty set and ultimately decided on the latter. It came in record time for Maine shipping, arriving a mere four days after my order was placed. I tried the pieces on immediately. And when I tell you the essence and allure of Medusa, Cleopatra, Persephone, and Venus themselves filled me with their spirit I do not think this is an over exaggeration. I felt tall, powerful, badass, and of course, incredibly sexy. These pieces are amazing. Great quality, perfect fit, really well designed to fit in *just* the right way. I was and am so happy with my purchase. I’m a farmer, but let me tell ya we farm gals like a bit of luxury, too, and nothing feels more luxurious (and naughty) than wearing these gorgeous pieces under my carhartt overalls during the day. An additional, albeit less important, note is that seeing me in this set brought my fiancé to his knees. Thistle & Spire, you are glorious. And I’m already saving for my next rainy-day splurge, which will undoubtedly include one of your pieces.”

“I absolutely love the design and quality of the Medusa and Brooklyn bralettes and panties, but they do run small. I typically wear a solid medium for panties and am a 38DD in bras. Both of those sizes were too small for me, even though I’ve recently lost 10 lbs. so I thought for sure I would be good to go. I’m keeping them anyhow in hopes that my recent weight loss will continue. Other than that, these are some of the prettiest, most unique lingerie I’ve ever owned. Last night at the party I was at, my bestie went into the restroom with me, as besties often do, and when she saw my panties she lost her mind at how beautiful they are and then proceeded to call in two other close friends so they could all checkout the set. I’m pretty sure you received a couple new customers today! Keep up the beautiful, unusual designs. If you ever decide to do a tie-dye mesh with Grateful Dead “Steal Your Face” embroidery I’d pay big bucks for that! Thank you!”
