We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“This is the second blanket that I have purchased from Thread the Word for my new granddaughter. The best quality and beautifully made with the ability to personalise it being the "icing on the cake." This one is the next size up (bassinette) from the previous purchase, and will be perfect as she grows.”
