“I can highly recommend Tic Watches having recently taken ownership of an Armani watch. Having ordered the watch on Sunday, I received an email from the courier the following day to advise watch is with them and will be delivered the following day. Due to work, I would not be at home to receive the delivery and the nearest collection point for DPD involved a round trip of some 40 miles. I phoned Tic Watches and without hesitation, worked to resolve the situation. Sam made arrangements for DPD to return the watch to them. He then despatched the watch by Royal Mail. Fantastic customer service. This enabled a calling card to be left for me to collect when convenient. Within a couple of days, I collected the watch from the PO and am so pleased with it. The watch is perfect, better than anticipated. Packaged as expected for an Armani product and bought from Tic at a fraction of the price charged on other sites. I shall not hesitate to use this company again. Teresa”
