“Super fast delivery , I was so busy and order watch for my partner birthday literally last minute expecting that it won't arrive on time anyway but then I receive it the next day witch save my life!!!! Also communication was so easy and quick cause I miss some part of my address then wrote email and they replay to me in 3 minutes and changed everything.The watch is looking perfect absolutely love it thank you so much! “Fantastic customer service. Bought a watch for my son, great watch, great price delivered very promptly. Problem with the clasp after 18 months so not covered by warranty. Phoned Tic, super helpful on the phone, suggested I sent it to them to look at. I sent it off, it was returned, free of charge by return! Fabulous service, would thoroughly recommend and use again.
