“I bought a watch for my partner two weeks before his birthday and there was a slight imperfection on the watch once he opened it, I called Tic Watches and they told me to send it back to them and they will have a look. They replaced the watch within 1 day and I had it back in 2 days! They also refunded me my return! Would definatley buy from them again. Great customer service.”
