“I contacted this company to buy a Wolff leather jewellery roll as a last minute Christmas gift for a friend. The delivery time was quoted as slightly after I required it so I asked if I could pay for express delivery. They responded immediately and assured me if I ordered the item straight away they would make sure it was despatched immediately at no extra cost, even though this item will have to come from the manufacturer. I agreed and sent off the order and the very next day received a confirmation of despatch. The item arrived several days early and was more than perfect - the quality is amazing - so much so I almost kept it for myself. Perfect customer service and a lower price than Amazon! What could be better?”
