Bought an Armani watch as a gift to give while away on a 3 week holiday and was worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange if it was not suitable. TIC watches said they would make a note of this and allow me to exchange even though it would be outside their refund policy. This customer service was wonderful! Emails were answered very quickly and I will definitely be ordering from them again! I believe the watches are cheaper because they are discontinued or previous season’s models. I wear my watch for more than 6 months so this does not bother me at all. Used a discount code for additional saving and was able collect the watch from a delivery point within 24 hours. Brilliant! Watch came with a 2 year warranty and I took it to a local jeweller to have it fitted for £5. 5 star shopping experience!”
