“Bought a watch during lockdown and they delivered very quickly. However the watch kept losing time. They asked me to return it and then ordered me a new watch to replace it, which took a week. It has arrived and appears to be working correctly. I was really pleased that they did not make me wait for a month to have the manufacturer examine it. Excellent customer service, I will use them again.”

“I wanted a watch for my wife and TIC had the version I wanted at a good price.They gave me an incentive to buy on line on the Sunday and I bought it. It arrived by DPD with a 1 hour delivery slot on Wednesday. Excellent service in normal circumstances but exceptionally good in the current lockdown. The watch even has a two year warranty. I totally recommend.”
