“I had never heard of Tic Watches before I started looking for a watch for a birthday gift. Once I had chosen the model I wanted, I searched for the best available deal. My search took me to Tic and I immediately found what I was looking for. I placed my order and the watch duly arrived exactly as promised two days later (next day delivery is possible if an order is placed before 2.00pm). The whole process from placing the order through to delivery was expertly handled and I had great confidence in the company. I received updates on the progress of the order and was able to track the delivery all the way. The watch was sturdily packaged and was accompanied by all the right paperwork, including a return label which backed up the company's returns policy. I am pleased to say that the watch has now been presented to the intended recipient, who is absolutely delighted. All in all, a most satisfactory experience, well handled by a most reliable company. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
