“I canceled my order after receiving a very hefty import tarif pay request from DHL Express (order from UK to Netherlands), misread from my part I would say. Customer support from Tic was very responsive and helpful in assisting me of canceling the order and getting the package back to them via DHL. The communication from DHL was very confusing, but delivery was very fast both from and back again to UK. The refund was paid back very swiftly, again great service in that.”
