“it’s ok though the hour hand sits midway between number positions and it is not clear at a quick glance which hour we are in. Obviously you can work it out but absolute clarity at quick glance is a lot better particularly when there are no physical numbers.”

Good day Caroline, Thank you so much for the review of your Minimal clock! We would love to help you sort out the hour hands - The mechanism might have been rotated on the disk with shipping or when unpacking from the box which might have resulted in the hour hand not lining up with the hour line on the clock face. Can you please check at the back of the clock that the wall hanger on the mechanism is aligned with an hour cutout line on the clock face? If not, please turn it in until it aligns. You would then be able to adjust the hour and minute hand with the wheel on the mechanism. Please let me know if you still have problems with it, and we can take it from there. Warm Regards, Sureen
