“Customer service is excellent, the product I ordered wasn't available in the end and I got a lovely call offering another similar product which was more expensive but I did not have to pay the difference. I thought this was a very nice touch, I was happy to pay the difference but the very nice lady who's name escapes me was insistent it was an error on their part so they would foot the difference. Also very quick delivery and great product.”
