“Beware of Toyful.
The gift that I purchased arrived promptly in the post with the crayons. However, it was not the gift I ordered. Instead it was a cheaper version of what I ordered available elsewhere for €10.
The bus I got was different to the one described on the Toyful website, it didn't look like the photo on the Toyful website. It did not make noise as stated in the description, no Peppa figurine as promised, and had an immovable Ms Rabbit which again all contradicted the description. I contacted Toyful 3 times to see if the incorrect toy was selected for dispatch. Toyful never ever got back to me...but emailed me twice to write a review and emailed again asking "Love your order?". Emh...no I don't love the order and I tried to tell you this 3 times. Sorry Toyful, I wanted to support you as an Irish toy supplier, but your "customer service" is not good enough. Your "customer service" is below par and customers deserve to get what they pay for, as described on your website. I felt deliberately misled and then ignored as Toyful failed to make amends and ignored my messages.
There are wonderful family owned Irish toy shops...World of Wonder, Totally Toys jump to mind, but never again would I use Toyful due to their lack of customer service. Can't imagine if it was a Christmas or birthday gift.”
