My only negative and maybe I missed it in the ad, they have a color chart for skin tone on whether it will work, but with the product comes a card about the color of you hair and skin tone with whether it will work. “Very effective! I was quite pleased out how effective this was after just the first treatment! BIG difference! I like the fact that there are 5 levels of intensity so that you can dial it to as high a “zap” as you can tolerate for the most efficient use.

TIP: hold a hand towel, thick scarf, or even thick sock over the part that flashes. The really eliminates a lot of the bright flash! This is especially useful when using it on you upper lip, where it is very hard to adequately protect your eyes.
