“My wife and I are both using it. I've only used it a few times but it seems like it works. You do feel some discomfort when the laser comes on but its about like touching a warm paper clip (Very small area and not much pain, if any). It does matter where you use it as far as pain goes. On my neck, I could feel it more than on my back. My wifes skin must be thicker than mine because she cranks it up to 5 and says its fine. I keep it at 3 or 4. We also found out, you should not use it directly on tatoos because it hurts (on dark pigment, but not on moles (no pain when going over moles)). I would buy this again and I would recommend it to a friend.”

It arrived on time, in mint condition, and after 4-5 lasering sessions I noticed that the hair is not coming back. IT IS WORKING!!
On my lower legs I noticed that my hair still grew out a bit, but it was kind of stiff and brittle. I pulled at several of them and they just fell out. I mean to say that I pulled on them and a tiny, tiny bit came out of the skin with no bulb on the end or anything (if you tweeze, you know what I mean). All of those hairs haven't grown back.
My underarms were also successful, probably because the hair is darker and thicker.

I shaved in the morning, didn't put lotion on. I waited about an hour or so to laser, then applied a cooling gel that I bought separately. I haven't had to shave recently because what hair is growing back is sparse and slower. I'm up to 8 sessions, now.
It does take about 3 seconds for the laser indicator to turn green between flashes. I use that time to line it up on the next spot then turn my head away.
I felt a pinchy feeling where the hair is darker under the skin. Just a little half second snappy feeling, followed by no lingering pain, so that's good.”
“I have used this item twice now on my entire legs. It took around 1.5 hours to do a thorough job, but there was no pain at all, even on level 5. The product looks quite 'legit' and I have hopes for the long term effects of it. The width of the laser is really nice compared to other similar items, and even much more expensive ones. In particular, the continuous mode function is very useful. A few years ago, I bought the Tria which cost something like $500 and didnt seem to be any more effective and the laser point was much smaller and not usable on an entire leg and was also painful.”
