active collagen (90 day subscription, 6 packs) Reviews

3.7 Rating 3 Reviews
I’m a 49 year old plumber who has spent the last 25 years on my knees daily and ex rugby player who weight trains several times a week so my body is pretty messed up, I’ve been taking the active collagen about a month now and to be fair I do feel good, I’ve torn both rotor cuffs in my shoulders and they do feel less painful since starting, once my 90 day substitution is up though I think I’m going to swap to the active sports collagen to see if it helps the wear and tear in my knees, plus it’s also quite a bit cheaper. Would definitely recommend it though

I’ve been using this product for several months now and have been really pleased with the results. I don’t think it’s my imagination that my symptoms have improved greatly. I originally got active collagen to see if it would help me with chronic neck pain (broke my neck a few years ago). I believe it has helped a great deal but also I have found my knees no longer “click” walking up stairs and are more comfortable. I also used to feel some stiffness and pain in my hands (perhaps the beginning of arthritis) and this has virtually gone. I’d also like to point out that delivery has been prompt and perfectly timed on the subscription option and well worth the savings. Altogether very pleased so far.

I guess it doesn’t work for everyone. I started taking my supplement after seeing it recommended by someone I follow on SM. She had been in a motorcycle accident and was struggling with her recovery but she felt after taking this supplement was starting to feel real benefits from it. So I thought I would give it a try. I had knee issues and a fairly substantial Arthroscopy on one of my knees. I also suffer pain in my joints, especially arms and hands. My surgery recovery was taking so long and I was seriously worried I wouldn’t be fit enough to return to work and lose my career in the fire service. I started with the 90 day supply and thought it would likely take some weeks to notice any difference. I didn’t notice anything. To give it a real chance I thought I would continue for another 90 day supply and I am now about 30 days in to my second batch. I still feel absolutely nothing from this supplement. My joint pain is still there and getting worse and my knee recovery is only improving thanks to hard work in the gym. I feel no benefits after working out and my after workout recovery is no different than before. What am I missing?
