“I have low Porosity Hair so I struggle to find a products that literally gets to the root of my frizzy curly hair. I’ve got a lot of hair but the texture is relatively fine with a 3B curl type. I’ve spent a lot of money trying all kinds of products and they have all failed miserably! This product is excellent though because it defines, moisturises and curls my hair like no other. No stuffiness from the gel cast, which I diffuser dry and then scrunch out. plusnitnis silicon free, smells gorgeous and well priced! Please make some other fab products for curls! Also, please make this gel in 1 litre as I’d love to stock up!!!”
“So I have had really curly hair my whole life but I have never every treated it well (it’s very damaged) so I decided to try and make my curls more defined and present. So I picked up a bunch of new hair products and threw all of my ones with silicone and sulfate in. I picked this up and used it last night. I have woken up with the most amazing hair. My frizz is gone and my hair is so shiny and curly. The reason I gave it 4 stars though is because I have only been using it for a small while. Over all this is amazing.”

This has give me controlled waves and curls, no frizz and loads of bounce. It does flatten a little so you have to scrunch your hair a little more. Brilliant”
“I have a mixture of 2b, 2c and 3a curls. I have recently started following the curly girl method which includes no silicone, parables, sulphates, drying alcohol ls etc. A lot of other c.g recommended trying curl jelly, after the 1st use I was hooked. I apply it to my wet hair using my hands in a prayer position, smoothing it down sections of hair, once all my hair is coated I flip my head upside down and scrunch and pulse until I have the desired curls, I then either plop my hair for 20 minutes ( gathering my hair in a cotton t-shirt on top of my head to set curl pattern) or I leave it to air dry, I have great results either way and just comes down to how much time I have. Once my hair is thoroughly dry and feels crunchy and hard it means my geek cast has formed and my curls are ready. I flip it upside down and scrunch out the crunch till its nice and soft and I'm left with big bouncy soft curls which last all day. To refresh for day 2 or 3 curls, I simply mix a 10 p size amount of curl jelly with a few sprays of water by rubbing my hands together then using my hands again in a prayer position I smooth down over my dry curls all round my head then scrunch till satisfied, this takes me around 3/4 minutes but looks like I've washed it again as the product from the day before also reactivate. I would definitely recommend this to any fellow curly girls out there. It's silicone free too which is always a bonus as I'm not at all keen on coating my curls with plastic”
“My hair is type 3a/b and I have tried lots of products that unfortunately didn't work out for me but this one finally surprised me in the best way possible. The product is really light, I can apply lots and it doesn't weigh down my hair at all, it leaves it bouncy and gives me a lot of volume ! I definitely recommend this product”
“I used to use this years and years ago, then I decided I hated my curly hair so used to straighten it - totally in denial of my curls! I've recently gone back to this and I am absolutely obsessed! I have super curly hair and this defines my curls without making the hair feel heavy or sticky. The smell brings me back to my teenage years! To use it I wash my hair then apply this to damp hair and then scrunch and twirl the curls and dry with a diffuser upside down.”
