I started using Flowerology Naturally Kinder Vegan Colour Dark Blonde 7.0 during the first lockdown so that I could colour my greying roots. As someone who follows a vegan lifestyle I'm sometimes limited with the products I can choose from and hair colour is no exception. Initially I was apprehensive. Would the colour match my own? Would the product be effective enough to cover stubborn Grey's? I was more than pleasantly surprised, it did both and more. I continued to use this hair dye until I was able to go back to my usual salon and was shocked to be told that unlike some of the home dye horror stories my hairdresser had seen, I'd done a 'good job'. She even asked what hair dye I'd used. Since then I've continued to cover my own roots and only visit my hairdresser for hair cuts and the occasional highlights. I would highly recommend this product as it's gentle and yet extremely effective

Vegan, cruelty free and kind to my hair and the environment. No ammonia (smell) and covers really well. Hair looks & feels great - will be ordering this again as my go-to hair colour product!

I usually have my hair coloured in a salon because I find it messy to do myself and I can’t cover my grey enough for my liking. However, lockdown happened and although I was in two minds about finally letting the grey grow in, I gave up and tried the Flowerology Dark Blonde 7.0. I was really impressed with the lack of smell and mess while I was applying it but was a bit shocked by how dark it looked once it dried (but I think this was my fault as I left it on for 40 minutes). However it blended my roots in well and they are still not evident nearly 4 weeks later. I have had several comments about my hair since using this-my husband said that it looked nice and that he preferred the colour to my normal one (once upon a time I had dark brown hair but I have been going lighter and lighter to blend the grey and am now a lighter dark blonde -he normally never comments on my hair ) and my friend that has known me since school commented that it looked as good as when I have it done at the hairdressers! I would thoroughly recommend using this (and will continue to occasionally do so) as it doesn’t look ‘flat’ like some other home colours. Next time though I will either try a lighter colour or not leave it on so long.

Having tried another natural brand and was disappointed that it didn't cover the greys, I ordered Flowerology colour with some scepticism. However I am totally delighted with the colour (dark blonde 7.0) and the coverage . Easy to use, vegan and natural. What's not to like?!

As alot of people at the moment, due to covid-19 i'm unable to see my hairdresser, I decided to try this to avoid the harsh chemicals after my hairdresser recommended it. Had to leave it on for an extra 10 minutes to cover my greys, gave a lovely result and even sent a photo to my hairdresser, she couldn't believe it was a box colour! 10/10 results thank you!

After reading the great reviews and being a vegan myself I decided to try the light blonde hair dye. It was merely for a root touch up and to cover greys. My hair was already light blonde. The colour itself was very runny and hard to apply despite using a tinting brush. I left the colour on for the 30 minutes and a further 10 in the ends to cover the grey as per the instructions. On rinsing the product from my hair I noticed lots of shedding of hair. This was rather excessive and I lost more hair than normal. My hair is waist length. The conditioner was very watery so I ended up using a conditioner left over from another hair dye I’d previously used. After rinsing it out my hair was like straw and very tangled. I could hardly comb it through with a wide tooth comb. I had to apply lots of Argan oil to my hair merely to get a comb through it. On drying my hair I noticed lots of shedding still. Once my hair was dry there was lots of breakage around the hairline and my hair is very dry and frizzy. I’m very disappointed in this product and from the price and the fact it claims to be kind to hair it doesn’t meet up to the claims. Please do a strand test before using is my best advice. I’ll avoid this colour like the plague in future and return to my old box dye for a fraction of the price. Read
