I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome of your colour after using our flowerology permanent colour. Can I double-check that you left the colour on for the suggested time in the instructions, and did you use the conditioner that was also in the box with the colour?

“Unfortunately I did a patch test, or luckily I did a patch test and I am allergic to this colour, so unfortunately I will not be able to use.. it’s 2021 there must be a permanent colour out there that I do not have a bad reaction to”
