“Sadly, I didn’t have a good experience, and hope Unique will take this on board to improve in the future. I ordered rainbow napkins from interstate for a gay wedding with plenty of lead in time and when they still hadn’t arrived 3 days before the wedding date, I rang to discover that they hadn’t even been picked or shipped! Unfortunately we couldn’t get the same product locally so had to go with a completely different design. Consequently, the order was cancelled as I couldn’t possibly be shipped in the required time frame.
This process need to tighten up.
By contrast I have continued to receive a multitude of advertising and review emails from Unique immediately since placing the order!”
