“The cpu mount is limited in where it can mounted. In the example photos on the store page they legit mount it in the middle of the desk! The mounting bracket is smaller in width then the desk crossmembers meaning you cannot put your PC into the CPU mount as the crossmembers block it. Therefore you need to increase the width of the mounting bracket so your pc clears the crossmembers/motors of the desk. The CPU mount doesnt work for the desk it was made for SHOCKING.”
Hi Robert, we apologize for the unsatisfactory experience with the CPU mount. As it is a generic product, it can be challenging to accommodate every possible CPU size, especially with the wide variety of sizes available. The design aims to provide flexibility for mounting, but we understand that it may not work perfectly for all setups. Additionally, you do have the option to shift the frame back if you need more space.
