It charges properly when you live it alone but when you used it while the phone charges it does not charge properly.

Thank you for your feedback, Nicole! You're absolutely right—since this is a wireless charging mat, it functions most effectively when the phone is placed on it, with minimal movement or use. This ensures the best charging performance and efficiency. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. We're always happy to help! Cheers, Makayla

Wireless charging is good. I have had the mat for a few weeks and it still hasn't flattened out after i took it out of the cylinder it was delivered in and it still curls up quite a bit on either side.

Thank you for your feedback, Fadi! I’m glad to hear that you're enjoying the wireless charging feature. I’m sorry to hear that the mat hasn't fully flattened out yet. It can sometimes take a little longer for mats to settle, especially if they've been rolled up for shipping. I’d recommend continuing to roll the mat in the opposite direction and adding a heavy object on top to help it flatten out faster. If it doesn’t improve after a little more time, please let me know, and we’ll be happy to explore other options to resolve this for you. Cheers - Makayla
