“Was shipped an incorrect item, took a photo and replied to the email I got confirming my order and within a few hours I got a response and they immediately shipped the correct item and organised for my incorrect one to be picked up. Excellent customer service 5/5, so easy to talk to and they go out of their way to make sure you have the best possible experience.”
“Shipping was very quick and fast, Some packages came with holes and tears however the items were rather unscathed. The only problem was the tray management case came with a huge dent in it. The wood table had some incredibly light scratches all along the surface, about 1/1.5cm spacing between each scratch, running consistently along side the desk. Not sure where the scratches came from.”
