“After researching all the major brands and comparing reviews, I chose UpDown Desk, particularly drawn to the new KLIK series and the positive feedback on the customer service. I’m thrilled with the build quality, and my desk was delivered on time. Assembly was straightforward, although it did take a bit more than the suggested five minutes. It would be helpful if there were instructions on how to disassemble, as there’s currently no guidance on “un-KLIK-ing” the desk.
One area that left me a bit disappointed was the cable management system. For a desk as advanced as KLIK with excellent build quality, the cable tray felt surprisingly small and basic. I was also hesitant about drilling into my new desk to install it. Cable management should be a key focus for a premium desk like UpDown, especially since competitors like SecretLab and Ikea offer more robust solutions. Ideally, the tray should span the full width of the desk and be as easy to install as the rest of the frame, keeping all cables tucked away neatly.
Customer service, however, has been fantastic. I had a couple of interactions with Makayla, who was incredibly helpful and understanding when I raised concerns about the cable tray. Her polite and attentive communication made the experience much smoother.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and appreciate the quality that’s gone into this product. I only wish the same thoughtfulness had been applied to the cable management. Thanks to the UpDown Desk team for creating such a great product!”

Thank you for your feedback about the Cable Management Tray item. We are actually on the path in introducing an upgraded Integrated Cable Management option in the coming future. Which will fulfill these gapped areas we have picked up on via our customers' feedback.
