Its smooth action and ease of adjustment have streamlined my process. The delivery was faster than promised, and the support from Makayla was exceptional. (I would add one request: please include the instructions for unlocking the electronic control. We spent hours over the weekend scouring the instructions and YouTube clips, trying every combination. In frustration, I clicked the controller three times quickly and it unlocked the desk!)”
