“I love my new desk. The quality is excellent, it was so easy to assemble and it looks great. I was really impressed with the videos for how to put it together. The only thing I needed help with was moving it into place once I'd assembled it because it's extremely heavy. Customer service was also excellent.”
“The desk overall is great and is extremely sturdy once installed. The installation experience however was pretty bad in my opinion.
It would have helped a lot if the desks came with pilot holes. Being a perfectionist, it took awhile to line up as I have to measure, and remeasure. Also, while I was flipping the table over (after putting the screws into place), the table top lifted up as the screws stripped and did not hold the table top in place.
Overall, table quality is 5 stars, and installation experience is 1 star. After putting in consideration the quality of the table, the price, and as well as the installation experience, I would rate the table as 3 stars.”
Hi Khai, that sounds awful - I'm so sorry that happened. Definitely not what you want when you invest in a serious desk! I've tried to make contact with you, as I would love to find out more about how that went wrong and also see what I can do to make this right for you.
