The ordering process was simple, as was the pickup process. The desk parts are well packaged, and easy to put together. We used the YouTube video that shows step by step how to put it together. Took less than 20 minutes, and I'm no handyman! All parts are very sturdy and well made, you can tell the difference between the UpDown desk and the cheaper ones in IKEA and OfficeWorks. “Bought the bamboo pro standing desk and the frame was lost in shipping. After contacting the shipping company for over a week to no avail I sent an email to support and was able to get a reply within the hour. Within 2 days I was sent a new frame to complete the desk. The bamboo top is very solid, as is the frame. In fact the top may be too solid as while assembling the desk all the screws ended up getting stuck and stripping halfway and I needed to find other screws to use instead. Issues aside the desk itself is very good and I've had no issues with it in the couple of months I've been using it. Highly recommend this desk and shoutout to Jordan at support for quickly resolving shipping issues!”
