Installation took 1 hour and cannot be done in 20 minutes as indicated in the manual. Pre-drilled holes would have helped a lot and improved installation experience.
Product is robust and looks very solid and should last a life time.”

“An outstanding product, extremely solid, and backed up by a company that goes the extra mile to give the client what they need. I wanted a solid timber top so accepted this would add considerable weight to the finished table. I emailed UpDown Desk to say I wanted to use the frame for a sewing table, and I wanted it on casters so I could pull it out into the centre of the room to enable me to walk around the table when cutting out material. Matt not only confirmed this was possible but he also sourced solid casters that could take the weight AND tested them. He also considered that I would need brakes to stop the table rolling around, plus he threw in a spanner (probably as he knew I was a 70+ yr old in lockdown - I define this as Top Customer Service. I assembled the table today, it is a breeze to push around, and I am over the moon. Many thanks.”
