“Before buying this UpDown Desk, I did a lot of research as there are so many companies that now offer such desks. And with the varied prices, its difficult to know what types are good value, and which are overpriced.
Ultimately I settled on the UpDown Desk PRO Series Electric Standing Desk with Natural Bamboo - Ergo Curve Desktop because I wanted a natural wooden desk, but couldn't afford fancy wood. I am so happy with my desk - I've got ADHD and find that standing allows me to move about during boring meetings and keep my attention on whats happening without zoning out.
It also has the added benefit of keeping my computer out of reach of my toddler!
The double motor makes raising and lowering the desk easy and it does this quickly and with relatively little noise. There is sometimes some lag when pressing the button but thats easy to adjust to by not going trigger happy and pounding the button.
Set-up took my partner nearly an entire day, but thats reflective of his speed, rather than the complexity of assembly.”
