“There are many providers for sit/stand desks on the market currently. Decided to go with UpDown due to their reasonable pricing compared to competitors.
The desk arrived a few days after ordering. Unfortunately one of the desktop corners was slightly damaged during transit. Imagine the disappointment when spending a lot of money on the desk. I reached out to UpDown and was given the options of shipping back for replacement at their cost or get a minor refund. I opted for the refund as I wanted to get the desk up and running. The damaged is now hidden down the back (as suggested by UpDwon) and can't be seen. The issue was resolved in a matter of hours of email exchange with UpDown with the money refunded in the same afternoon. Very happy with their support.
The desk is now functioning beautifully. Moves smoothly and fast even with lots of heavy items on top. Hope I won't ever need to use their 10-year warranty. But I am sure UpDown will take care of their customers if that need arises.”
