“I ordered over the Xmas and NY's period. The company was closed but I knew that based on the email and information on their website. Delivery was otherwise prompt and on time.
As for the desk itself. I love it. I'm very happy with it. It is a bit on the heavy side (the legs) but that gives you a more durable, sturdy and long lasting table. Set up was reasonably straightforward. Service was great. No complaints. Hopefully the costs of the desk can be maintained or even lowered. Highly recommend.”

“I’m starting a new role that would have been predominantly working from home even before the pandemic. Based on past experience, I knew I wanted a sit/stand desk as part of a proper ergonomic home based work environment. What I didn’t expect was that there would be so many alternatives on the market and being in lockdown made it that much harder to online shop rather than physically seeing and using products - I had to rely on online reviews posted by people I had never met.
After a lot of reading, I purchased an UpDown Desk and within 3 business days of ordering, my new desk was delivered in several boxes and I quickly set about assembling it (I’m one of “those people” that enjoy putting flat pack furniture together.) During assembly, I was impressed with the quality and weight of all the components. I also liked how I had the option to place the control where I wanted without leaving exposed holes under my desk.
I optioned my desk top with the cable grommets (there are two - one towards each end of the desk and probably way better quality than anything you have on your desk at work.) I also got the cable tray and metal drawer.
Now in use for a couple of weeks, I am really impressed with how solid the desk is…I particularly like how tapping on the keyboard doesn’t translate into vibration on the desktop.

“Before Melbourne's lockdown I had the opportunity to go in store to try out a couple of different desks, namely Officeworks and Ikea.
Lockdown hit and I was forced to work from home at the kitchen table. Officeworks and Ikea had sold out at the time, so I was forced to buy sight unseen. I'm so glad I ended with Updown's pro series. It's way more stable than those I tried in store and the quality of build is ridiculously good. Definitely recommended !!!”
