“This desk (updown pro series) delivers what it claims - a no wobble sit/stand desk, even when in the standing position. This feature is what drew me to this product as my existing sit/stand ikea desk wobbles extensively. The frame is easy to put together and fits onto our pre-owned table top. I had lots of questions which Dan answered professionally and promptly. It was very convenient to be able to pick up the desk frame in person as well. I can't say enough good things. But I have jumped on here to comment on the customer service, which has been excellent. I found the instructions and installation video slightly ambiguous on a pretty minor point (that most people wouldn't even notice) and the customer support by email and over the phone went above and beyond to make sure I had the right items, was putting them together correctly, and that I was completely satisfied. I placed my order online and received notice it had been shipped 3 days later. There continues to be trouble (only 3 out of 4 items arrived) with the deliver so I emailed UpDown to warn them about the courier. Matt emailed me back later that day apologising and arranged for delivery the next morning. Incredible above and beyond service.
