“I've only had the standing desk a few days so far, so it's a bit early to review the product, but it seems really solidly put together. But I have jumped on here to comment on the customer service, which has been excellent. I found the instructions and installation video slightly ambiguous on a pretty minor point (that most people wouldn't even notice) and the customer support by email and over the phone went above and beyond to make sure I had the right items, was putting them together correctly, and that I was completely satisfied. Would happily recommend to any of my mates who were interested in a standing desk.”

I placed my order online and received notice it had been shipped 3 days later. There continues to be trouble (only 3 out of 4 items arrived) with the deliver so I emailed UpDown to warn them about the courier. Matt emailed me back later that day apologising and arranged for delivery the next morning. Incredible above and beyond service. Even better is the fact that the desk is awesome and the easy to follow assembly videos are a incredibly helpful. If you're looking for a desk, go no further that UpDown Desk Australia!”

“I bought my desk in 2017 and from purchase to follow ups and general questions (like forgetting how to use the controller) everything is in working order and feels like it will be this way for quite some time. The team know what they are doing and do get back to you pretty quickly which is always a good thing. My desk is at home as opposed to a workplace. Quality of the desk is also very sturdy. Be aware you will need help to assemble it (if you don't get them to do so!). Easy to do but heavy!”
