“I have been using this desk for eight months now. It has revolutionised my working life and I should have bought it long ago. I really love this desk. It is stable, good quality, moves up and down easily and quickly with the manual crank. I am happy that it is manual as I don't need power to use it and I get little movement breaks from my work. When I first received the desk, I had a few questions about assembly which were promptly resolved by staff at UpDownDesks and I was able to assemble it myself. I also highly recommend the anti-fatigue standing mat. I didn't initially think I needed it but It has really made a world of difference - comfortable and no cramping feet from standing. There are a couple of things to be mindful of - 1. my desk is 120cm wide, and due to the location of the legs on the manual desk, the metal desk drawer did not fit without obstructing access. 2. I would recommend having someone ready to assist if you don't have level or lift access to your place. Delivery was quick but the boxes are large and the box with the legs is also quite heavy. The particular courier who delivered it was not allowed to lift it upstairs so left it on the ground floor and I had to find a way to manoeuvre the boxes up the stairs single handed.”
