Can I ask how big the area is you are treating?
How many dogs do you have and what breed are they?
How much of the Artificial grass cleaner did you use?
My thoughts are that you may not have used enough product so that is reaches all the uric crystals to destroy them.
UrineFREE is made up of live bacteria and enzymes. These live bacteria produce the right enzymes and the right amount of enzymes to help break down and destroy the uric crystals.
From what i can see with the Tuff Turf that Bunnings sells, it is just a deodoriser and there is actually no ingredients contained in it that would help to break down the uric crystals which are the things responsible for the smell. Once the deodoriser has worn off, you may find that the smell returns.
Did you have any Artificial grass cleaner left at home?
I would recommend to treat a small patch and then cover with a tarp. urineFREE is water based so this will help with evaporation. As long as urineFREE stays wet, it will continue to break down those uric crystals and destroy them for good. As soon as urineFREE dries, it deactivates.
You may need to retreat depending on what backing the turf has and what is underneath the grass (sand, stone, concrete ect)
The tarp can be left on for up to 24 hours and we also recommend to apply late in the afternoon or at night again due to urineFREE being water based.
