“I have a new puppy and have a lawn area with artificial grass. We did know that this can be an issue with their urine creating a smell. However we purchased Urine free and have sprayed the turf and the result has been amazing. I know we will require to do this on a regular basis but we are really pleased we have found the right solution.”
“It smells good and does mask urine for a time. You really need to use a lot though as the turf needs to be fully wet for it to work. Bit of a problem for me as I have about 50 square metres of turf, so it works out to be expensive. Would be nice if there were guidelines about recommended litres per area rather than just saying to fully cover the area.
Also, the incorrect product was sent the first time and had to be replaced, and I was asked to take the incorrect product to the post office which doesn't sound like a big deal, but just seems petty to ask me to wait in a post office queue to fix their mistake”

I understand your concern but unfortunately it is hard for us to give an amount to use as instructions on the bottle as there are lots of variables. The amount of product needed to treat the area depends on how big the area is, how long the urine has been there for, how many animals are using the area and how big the animals are. As you can imagine, the urine output of a chihuahua versus a great dane varies significantly.
Normally the first treatment will need more product to make sure it reaches all the uric crystals in the base and the backing of the artificial grass, but then subsequent treatments shouldn't need to use as much.
Again, I sincerely apologise about the mix up of products that was sent to you. Mistakes happen and human error can occur which we did try to fix straight away by sending the correct product out to you. We also sent a return label for you to return the incorrect product back to the post office at your earliest convenience. I understand this is an inconvenience and for that I apologise. We try our best to get the correct products out to our customers as quickly as possible.
