Hi Linda.
UrineFREE is a bacteria and enzyme cleaning and stain removing solution that is designed to "eat" and destroy any uric crystals that are left behind from urine. These are the culprits of the odour and the stain.
BackyardFRESH however is a long lasting deodoriser that will not "clean" the affected area of urine but will provide relief from the smell and a more cost effective alternative when the urine doesn't need to be permanently removed.
We recommend that BackyardFRESH be used in conjunction with urineFREE, in between urineFREE treatments for affordable long term relief of urine odours.
I thing you may have needed to use urineFREE first to clean the area and destroy the uric crystals, and then use backyardFRESH to freshen things up for a little longer.
